• Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Once we review your claim, we will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns
